Age is just a number, specially when one wishes for a beautiful smile.
This patient came to Happy Smiles Dental Clinic, Pune wishing to correct the position of his front teeth. He had gaps in between his front teeth and one of his front tooth was titled backwards. This badly affected his smile. He told us that he is a confident person in life but gets self conscious while smiling.
We informed him that the ideal treatment for him was to correct the position of his teeth by placing fixed braces (orthodontics). Immediately he asked us, “But isn’t fixed braces meant for kids?”
We often have a notion in our mind that fixed braces (orthodontics) is for kids and not adults. But this is not true at all. Fixed braces can be placed in adults too; depending on the condition of teeth.
So we corrected his smile with fixed braces. Now he doesn’t have to live with a crooked smile anymore.
