This 4 year young patient experienced pain in her tooth during lockdown. Her parents contacted Happy Smiles Dental Clinic, Pune.
They were given tele-consultation and medicines regarding her pain.
She needed to be brought to clinic for treatment as her pain wasn’t subsiding with medicines. She was in tears due to pain. The parents were bit worried about taking her outside in the current situation.
We explained the parents about all precautionary care taken by doctors and staff in our clinic and care to be taken by them.
When she came to the clinic, she was very curious about her surroundings as it was her first dental visit.
We checked her, took x-ray. She needed root canal treatment for her tooth. She was extremely cooperative throughout the treatment.
Her parents had informed her about dental treatment which made her relaxed.
Her bravery and cooperation was rewarded with a ‘Bravery Award Certificate‘ as a token of appreciation for exemplary courage shown by her and her family.
She showed great cooperation at such a young age which made the complete treatment go smoothly.
She and her family were happy to get her relieved from pain.
For us as a dentist, there is no better satisfaction than relieving someone’s pain and put their smile back on their face, no matter what the situation is.
