Smile is one of the most natural thing that we don’t need to learn.
Babies are often found smiling even before they are born. Smiling comes even before we learn to breathe!
But can someone forget to smile?
When this young patient came to Happy Smiles Dental Clinic, Pune he wished to get his teeth corrected.
We took some photos of his teeth to decide the best treatment for him.
During clicking photos, we asked him to smile.
He gave us a shy constricted smile. Upon asking him to smile wider, he said “I don’t know how to smile”
He had forgot to smile!
His teeth were not in proper position which hampered his smile badly.
We corrected his teeth position by fixed orthodontic treatment (fixed braces).
After completion of his treatment, he was very happy with the results.
His wide smile was the proof of his happiness.
He learned to smile again.
