This patient came to Happy Smiles Dental Clinic, Pune with the complaint of loose teeth, bad breath.
He had tobacco chewing habit past many years. This had badly affected his dental health.
Lots of calculas, tartar and tobacco deposits were present. He had already lost many teeth. And many teeth had lost their bone support.
He was fed up of his deteriorating dental health.
We explained him how his tobacco habit is the culprit behind all of this.
Upon understanding and experiencing ill effects of tobacco he vowed to stop the habit.
We removed the teeth which were beyond repair, did root canal treatment for the ones which could be saved. We also did few fillings and cleaning.
Cast partial denture was the best way to replace the missing teeth.
He is very happy with his new teeth.
